Responsibilities and Core Objectives

  • Preparing detailed cost estimates throughout the project stages, offering cost advice and value engineering to design and project teams, and managing project budgets in line with the company's financial goals.
  • Support head contract execution and compliance
  • Maintain accurate cost control forecasting, and reporting
  • Build strong working relationship with subcontractors, consultants, and stakeholders
  • Review construction documents, interpret drawings and prepare scope of works for contractors.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year
