Our client, a respected mid-market M&A advisory firm, is seeking a Manager (3+ Years Exp) to join their growing team. This role offers the chance to work on a variety of transactions, with a strong focus on sponsor-driven M&A and Private Equity clients.

The firm has an established track record in the mid-market space across diverse industries. You will gain hands-on deal experience from day one, working closely with senior team members and clients throughout the transaction process.

The successful candidate will have:

  • A strong academic background and solid analytical skills.
  • 3-5 years' experience in M&A, ideally gained within an investment bank, corporate advisory firm, or a Big 4 corporate finance team.
  • Exposure to Private Equity clients or sponsor-driven transactions would be highly regarded.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and contribute to the team's success.
  • A genuine interest in the mid-market M&A space and a commitment to developing your skills further.
