- Connecting participants with training, support services, and community resources
- Guiding participants through resume writing, cover letters, interview preparation, and job applications
- Providing financial support through our Employment Fund when eligible
- Coaching, motivating, and empowering participants to achieve their employment goals
No prior industry experience? No problem, we provide full training. What matters most are your attributes, mindset, and commitment to making a difference.
Who Will Thrive in This Role
We're looking for people with:
- Resilience – the ability to stay positive and persistent while supporting participants through challenging situations
- Empathy and compassion – genuinely care about helping people achieve their goals
- Strong communication and coaching skills – able to listen, motivate, and guide participants effectively
- Strong people skills – including the confidence to guide conversations, resolve issues calmly, and help participants stay on track
- Problem-solving and creativity – finding practical solutions and linking participants to the right resources
- Organisation and time management – managing your caseload, scheduling appointments, and tracking progress
You don't need formal employment services experience. Many people from backgrounds such as retail and hospitality, administration, education and training, and customer service roles across a variety of sectors have thrived in this role, what matters most are your people skills, adaptability, and resilience.
