About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at Melville Motors' as a full-time Service Advisor. Based at our O'Connor WA 6163 location, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our automotive workshop.

What you'll be doing

  1. Greet and engage with customers to understand their vehicle service and repair needs
  2. Provide expert advice and guidance on the recommended work required for each vehicle
  3. Prepare service and repair estimates and quotes for customers
  4. Liaise with the workshop team to ensure efficient completion of all work
  5. Communicate regularly with customers to provide updates on the status of their vehicle
  6. Assist with the processing of customer payments and invoicing
  7. Maintain detailed records and documentation for all vehicle service and repairs
  8. Support the overall operations of the workshop to deliver the best possible customer experience

What we're looking for

  1. Experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer-facing automotive role highly regarded
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with customers
  3. High level of attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  4. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  5. Proficient in using automotive industry software and systems (erapower)
  6. A passion for providing exceptional customer service
