Established in 2012, i2 advisory is a chartered accounting firm specialising in business advisory services to a wide range of clients based all over Australia.  An exciting opportunity has opened up to join our practice located 5 minutes from the CBD in Norwood.  We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and positive student currently studying towards an accounting degree at a local University to join our team.

The successful candidate will commence as a Receptionist for the firm for the first 12 months. This is a highly successive model that enables the candidate to learn our processes, clients and procedures in a gradual manner.

Duties will include:

  • Customer service including answering telephones and greeting clients
  • Financial pack collation
  • Maintaining databases
  • Incoming and outgoing mail
  • Diary management
  • Organising catering

The successful candidate will:

  • Be organised and have good time management skills
  • Be enthusiastic and highly motivated
  • Be a friendly team player with strong communication skills
  • Have strong IT skills

After 12 months the candidate will transition into an Undergraduate Accountant position. Full training will be provided on our computer system and on the procedures currently implemented in the practice, making this an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a professional environment.  For those looking to commence the CA Program in the future, we offer comprehensive study support options to help achieve your qualifications.
