What's the role
We are seeking enthusiastic undergraduate or graduate accountants aiming to get a head-start in their career in the accounting profession.

Starting salary
- $45,000 - $55,000 plus superannuation and other benefits (full-time equivalent).
Requirements for the role
Currently studying, or recently completed, a Bachelor degree in in Commerce / Accounting.
Unrestricted working rights in Australia.
An eagerness to learn in a practical 'hands-on' environment.
Applicants that do not meet these requirements will not be considered.
Job specification
Most of our clients are small businesses or families seeking assistance with tax compliance and practical accounting and tax advice. We offer a 'hands on' service with a focus on personalised service, efficient turnaround times and sound, timely advice.
Primary tasks and responsibilities of an intermediate/senior accountant will include:
Assistance with reception duties and administrative tasks (as part of the broader role).
Preparation of template letters to clients.
Prepare basic tax returns and BAS for clients under the direction of our senior accountants and partners.
Assist with financial statements preparation for a wide range of clients with guidance from our senior accountants and partners.
Completing work using our practice's well-established and well-designed workpapers.
Communicating with our team members and working with / reporting to our senior accountants and partners.
Interacting with clients, responding to issues in a practical way, providing our clients with a positive experience.
Bringing a positive attitude to our workplace.
You will be best suited to the role if you:
