What You'll Do:

• Lead with impact – Inspire and guide your team to deliver outstanding service and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Champion customer experience – Ensure every customer leaves feeling valued and supported.
• Develop future leaders – Coach and mentor your team, helping them grow their skills and confidence.
• Drive operational excellence – Manage stock levels and merchandising to ensure the right products are available at the right time.
• Create a safe and vibrant store – Maintain a visually appealing and safe shopping environment.
• Collaborate for success – Work closely with other leaders and departments to achieve store-wide goals.

• Proven experience in retail leadership with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with team members and customers.
• A natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to bring out the best in others.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
