What's the role?

At Westpac, our Executive Lenders play a vital role in helping customers achieve their homeownership goals. 

Now it's your turn.

Working flexibly and independently, you'll be the go-to expert for new and existing customers, guiding them through the home loan journey from start to finish. You'll make the process smooth, rewarding, and personal – and introduce them to banking solutions that support their broader financial goals.

But your impact doesn't stop there. You'll also nurture valuable referral relationships with key partners – from real estate agents to accountants and beyond – ensuring a steady stream of opportunities and a strong presence in your local community.

What do I need?

We're looking for the best of the best—an elite performer who is already exceeding targets and ready to take their lending career to the next level.
  • You're a relationship powerhouse—with a strong, proven referral network and the ability to grow and maintain high-value partnerships.
  • You consistently outperform—with a track record of exceeding lending targets and delivering exceptional customer outcomes.
  • You know lending inside out—with comprehensive knowledge of the home lending process and the confidence to guide customers through it seamlessly.
  • You build trust fast—your people skills make customers feel supported, confident, and loyal.
  • You deliver standout service—going above and beyond to exceed expectations and build lasting relationships.
