Looking to join a diverse, collaborative team that values enthusiasm, hard work - and having fun along the way?
The role
We're on the lookout for a Lawyer to join our rapidly growing, national Banking & Finance team, led by Zina Edwards. Zina is an experienced finance and restructuring lawyer, with a particular focus on the growing alternative lending market in Australia. You will have the opportunity to advise on numerous onshore and offshore credit funds, asset managers and other non-bank lenders in relation to investments in complex structured finance and hybrid transactions, venture debt and growth finance, restructuring and special situations.
We're looking for someone who is:
- Currently practising post-admission as a Banking & Finance lawyer
- Genuinely passionate about problem-solving and thinking outside the box
- Keen to get involved in the firm's business development activities
- Looking for a fantastic team culture

In turn, this enables our people to do their best work, which ultimately makes our clients happy. This is a win-win-win.
We put our people's experience at the centre of everything we do.
We are more than just a law firm.
What's in it for you
- Be mentored in a supportive environment, with access to quality work, great clients and professional development opportunities.
- A fun, collaborative and high-performing team environment with regular social events, training days and team retreats.
- Flexible working arrangements.
- A clear and transparent performance bonus scheme.
- An extra week's leave, as part of our employee personal development program.
