The role:
Reporting to the Business Development Campaign Manager, the Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for making outbound calls, driving and managing leads for the Healthcare Professional recruitment team.
The Lead Generation Specialist will fulfill a significant role in supporting the BD Manager in developing the recruitment funnel for healthcare professionals as we deliver on our purpose of increasing access to quality healthcare for all Australians.
Role Summary:
- Make outbound lead generating calls which is a key driver for recruitment campaigns. This includes generating leads and making appointments for recruiters, the Chief Business Development Officer and the Chief Executive Officer.
- Understand and follow a screening process to identify suitable Healthcare Professionals for Cornerstone Health. This includes following a suggested script when speaking to Healthcare Professionals which align with the Cornerstone Health brand.
- Work with the wider recruitment team in managing diaries and supporting them with quality leads to drive business.
- Maintain high data quality of leads and associate contact data (mobile, email address) and tasks in CRM (Salesforce).
- Use Salesforce to record all activity against leads.
- Meet weekly and monthly KPIs (outbound calls) to support the recruitment of Healthcare Professionals.
- Maintain a clear, professional, and positive manner when speaking to Healthcare Professionals at all times.
- Source Healthcare Professional data via google search, Seek Premium, LinkedIn & other channels to ensure CRM data is correct and up to date.
- Provide regular updates to the Business Development Campaign Manager on progress on recruitment campaigns.
- Liaise closely with the Head of Healthcare Professional Engagement, Campaign Manager and recruitment team in order to help achieve Cornerstone Health's Healthcare Professional recruitment targets.

- Confident in speaking to a wide variety of people in various positions
- Negotiating and persuading skills to achieve desired business outcomes
- Strong communication skills both written & verbal
- Time management and ability to work outside of a 9.00am - 5.00pm structure
- Driven and KPI focused to achieve business objectives
- Attention to detail in maintaining CRM
- Ability to work under pressure
- Self-motivated and organised
