Due to strong recent sales growth, we are seeking a passionate and experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee and drive excellence across our end-to-end supply chain operations.

The Role

Reporting to the General Manager, this is a diverse and hands-on role responsible for optimising supply chain performance across planning, procurement, logistics, and supplier management.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Define and manage key supply chain KPIs to meet financial, budgetary, and performance objectives
  • Lead the sales desk and logistics teams to plan and coordinate activities across supply chain networks, optimising forecasting, purchasing, and inventory management
  • Work closely with Sales and Product teams, taking ownership of the end-to-end procurement process
  • Negotiate and execute contracts with third-party logistics providers and freight forwarders to secure the most favourable commercial terms
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key vendors and suppliers, including the development of alternative supply strategies
  • Maintain a sound working knowledge of global supply chain operations and shipping conditions across all product categories
  • Provide market analysis and insights, including key implications and actionable recommendations
  • Ensure all suppliers meet required quality standards and comply with Work Health, Safety, and Environmental policies
  • Uphold the highest standards of ethical business practice in alignment with the company's values

Ideally, the successful applicant will possess:

  • Relevant experience in supply chain and procurement management; experience within the home appliances or consumer electronics industry is highly regarded
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively and work well within a diverse team environment
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accountability
  • Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is preferred
  • Advanced data analysis skills, including strong capability in Excel, Power BI, or similar tools
  • A hardworking, professional, and results-driven approach
  • A minimum of five years' full-time professional experience in logistics and supply chain roles is preferred
