Supply Chain Manager

Blending contemporary design with technological innovation, CHiQ televisions, refrigerators, freezers, and washing machines are well positioned to meet the lifestyle needs of everyday Australians.
Due to strong recent sales growth, we are seeking a passionate and experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee and drive excellence across our end-to-end supply chain operations.
The Role
Reporting to the General Manager, this is a diverse and hands-on role responsible for optimising supply chain performance across planning, procurement, logistics, and supplier management.
Key responsibilities include:
- Define and manage key supply chain KPIs to meet financial, budgetary, and performance objectives
- Lead the sales desk and logistics teams to plan and coordinate activities across supply chain networks, optimising forecasting, purchasing, and inventory management
- Work closely with Sales and Product teams, taking ownership of the end-to-end procurement process
- Negotiate and execute contracts with third-party logistics providers and freight forwarders to secure the most favourable commercial terms
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key vendors and suppliers, including the development of alternative supply strategies
- Maintain a sound working knowledge of global supply chain operations and shipping conditions across all product categories
- Provide market analysis and insights, including key implications and actionable recommendations
- Ensure all suppliers meet required quality standards and comply with Work Health, Safety, and Environmental policies
- Uphold the highest standards of ethical business practice in alignment with the company's values
Ideally, the successful applicant will possess:
- Relevant experience in supply chain and procurement management; experience within the home appliances or consumer electronics industry is highly regarded
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively and work well within a diverse team environment
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with both internal and external stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accountability
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is preferred
- Advanced data analysis skills, including strong capability in Excel, Power BI, or similar tools
- A hardworking, professional, and results-driven approach
- A minimum of five years' full-time professional experience in logistics and supply chain roles is preferred
