The Technical Product Manager will act as the bridge between business needs, customer requirements, and engineering execution. This role is responsible for defining the product vision, shaping the technical roadmap, and ensuring successful delivery of innovative solutions that drive measurable business outcomes. The Technical Product Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams—including engineering, design, and stakeholders—to translate complex technical capabilities into intuitive, scalable, and impactful products.
Individual Accountabilities- Partner with international customers and segment account teams to deeply understand business needs and align them with both segment priorities and corporate strategic objectives.
- Own and drive delivery of the International Markets Software Roadmap, including prioritization of initiatives and making informed capacity and resourcing decisions.
- Collect and analyze feedback from customers and segments on current software offerings, identifying gaps and opportunities that support segment sales pipelines and growth.
- Translate business needs and customer insights into clear, actionable technical and solution requirements for engineering teams.
- Work closely with engineering and product design teams to ensure delivery of valuable, scalable, and customer-focused solutions.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing to support successful go-to-market planning and execution of new software solutions.
- Act as a subject matter expert on international market software for both internal stakeholders and external customers, ensuring alignment and knowledge sharing across regions.
- Computer Science background or similar experience
- Experience working on B2B products and directly engaging with customers
- 5+ years of experience in product management, technical program management, or software engineering.
- Experience developing technical solutions and/or customer-facing digital experiences like web or mobile applications
- Experience with one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, SQL, Go, or C++) is a plus
