We're looking for a Finance Manager who's ready to grow with us, someone who loves numbers but lives for outcomes. You'll be the kind of person who gets energy from solving complex problems, spotting opportunities others miss, and helping a fast-growing business scale with strength and clarity.

What you'll do
You'll be at the heart of our financial engine, driving accuracy, insight, and scalability across our group. This isn't a back-office role, it's a seat at the table.
Working closely with the CFO, FP&A Manager, and leadership team, you'll:
- Own
group financial reporting and statutory compliance across multiple entities - Champion
balance sheet integrity, from reconciliations to covenants and key ratios - Lead
our audit, tax, and governance programs to keep BeWell strong and scalable - Partner
with FP&A to bring data to life through forecasting, budgeting, and insights - Elevate
decision-making with commercial and risk analysis that influences the board - Innovate
finance systems and processes to make us faster, smarter, and sharpe - Inspire
and develop our offshore accounting team to deliver their best work every day
Who you are
You're a mix of precision and pace, a finance professional who can balance control with curiosity. You think like a business partner, act like an owner, and bring the energy of someone who wants to make things happen.
You'll bring:
- A degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/CA preferred)
- Proven experience managing end-to-end financial reporting, audit, and compliance
- Strong understanding of AASB/IFRS and balance sheet management
- A practical knowledge of tax accounting and compliance
- The confidence to connect numbers to strategy and influence through insight
- A proactive, can-do mindset, you don't wait to be told, you make things happen
- A love of continuous learning and professional growth
