We're looking for a hands-on Team Leader to join our parks cleaning crew. If you're experienced, reliable, and love leading a small team, this is your role

What's on offer:

  • $30.71 per hour + Leading Hand allowance $58.93/week
  • Part-time: Wednesday – Sunday, 7am – 2/3pm
  • Penalty rates on weekends & public holidays

Your Role:

  • Lead 1–2 staff across 20–30 parks per shift
  • Drive our company ute between sites
  • Collect and dispose of rubbish at Bolinda Rd Resource Center
  • Start and finish each day at our Campbellfield depot

What We're Looking For:

  • Victorian driver's licence + ute driving experience
  • Physically fit for hands-on work
  • Strong communication, leadership & team skills
  • Eye for detail & commitment to high standards
  • PPE: steel cap boots & Hi-Vis
