About the role

We are seeking a passionate and friendly Front of House team member to join our vibrant restaurant located in the heart of Sefton Park, SA 5083. This is a casual lunch time position, offering flexible hours to suit your lifestyle. As a Front of House team member, you will play a crucial role in providing an exceptional customer experience to our guests.

What you'll be doing

  • Warmly welcoming and greeting customers upon arrival
  • Assisting customers with menu selections and answering any questions they may have
  • Taking customer orders accurately and processing payments in a timely manner
  • Maintaining a clean and well-organised front-of-house area
  • Replenishing stock and ensuring the restaurant is visually appealing at all times
  • Providing excellent customer service and creating a positive dining atmosphere

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role within the hospitality industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with customers
  • Excellent time management and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • A friendly, positive and professional attitude
  • Availability to work during our peak lunch service hours
