Administrator – Bajool
• $78,000 (inc super) + 5% bonus structure
• Owner of scheduling & SAP docketing at Bajool

The Role
Reporting to the Site Supervisor, you'll manage all inbound and outbound movements of industrial and high explosives (IE/HE) at our Bajool facility. You'll own the weekly "milk-run" scheduling, SAP docket creation, stock reconciliation and coordination with our Government Reserve, customer-service and procurement teams—ensuring compliant, on-time deliveries every day.
You'll also be responsible for:
- Generating and closing SAP shipment dockets for bulk & bagged IE/HE movements
- Coordinating inbound IE/HE receipt and outbound delivery schedules with Gov Reserve
- Reconciling daily stock counts and maintaining internal records & spreadsheets
- Raising purchase requisitions, converting approvals into POs, and processing invoices
- Administering site inductions, training-matrix updates and consumables ordering
- Producing monthly Reserve reports and supporting end-of-month SAP stocktakes
What you'll bring
This role requires the management of a variety of complex scheduling and administrative tasks. The successful candidate will be able to effectively communicate across multi -levels of the organisation and will demonstrate the ability to self-motivate and work autonomously.
You must also have:
- A committed to positively contributing to our safe, inclusive and high-performance culture
- Proven scheduling, logistics coordination or CMMS (SAP PM) experience
- Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Word) and high numerical accuracy
- Strong stakeholder communication—internal & external—and proactive problem-solving
- MSIC qualification (or ability to obtain), plus 2 years administration experience

Our Bajool site plays a pivotal role in the DNAP explosives supply chain, coordinating IE/HE storage, processing and distribution in line with stringent HSEQ and government-reserve requirements.
