Do you have a passion for research and insights? A curiosity to understand how industries operate and the drive to turn insights into real business impact? We are looking for a passionate 
Research Project Manager
 to take ownership of CMA's syndicated 
Convenience Pulse benchmarking programs
. These programs are trusted internationally by leading suppliers and retailers, helping them measure performance, unlock growth opportunities, and strengthen relationships. Based in Melbourne, you'll work alongside our Director and an Insights Analyst, to ensure they are delivered to CMA's standard.

About You

You will come from a research, insights, or data background where you have run or supported projects and delivered accurate, high-quality outputs. You'll have a sharp eye for detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. You enjoy working with data and platforms, spotting efficiencies, and delivering reports that clients can trust.

Ideally, you'll have:

  • 3+ years' experience in research, insights, or analytics (FMCG experience highly valued).
  • Strong project and process management skills.
  • Advanced Excel skills, with bonus points for experience in DisplayR/Q or other analytical software.
  • Knowledge of research methodologies and program design.
  • Excellent communication skills to build relationships with stakeholders and partners.
