Description

Reporting directly to the Executive Manager People and Culture, as a trainee you will support the People and Culture (PC) team in areas such as: general enquiries, general PC administration and customer service, recruitment and onboarding, employee record management and other team projects as required.

We are seeking an enthusiastic person who has a genuine interest in people and workplace culture. You will enjoy learning and working as part of a supportive team and understand the importance of confidentiality and professionalism. The successful candidate will have proven ability to communicate well with others, have high-level Microsoft Office skills and take a proactive approach to their work.
