Level 2 Support Engineer

Location: Mandurah, WA – Hybrid flexibility available

Department: MSP / IT & Cyber Support

Reporting to: Service Delivery Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 2 support across desktops, servers, network, and cloud environments for clients
  • Tackle and resolve escalated issues from Level 1 with precision
  • Support deployment and configuration of systems and services
  • Work alongside technical leads to implement solutions and maintain documentation
  • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 3 years in a Level 2 or similar support role, ideally within an MSP
  • Proficient in Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and networking fundamentals
  • Experienced in imaging, backup systems, and endpoint management
  • Familiarity with Azure, Intune, and cybersecurity principles is advantageous
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Valid Australian driver's licence and reliable transport required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Microsoft 365 certification (e.g., MS‑900)
  • IT-related tertiary qualification (e.g., Diploma or degree)
