Swan Land Group is currently seeking experienced Excavator Operators (30T) and Truck Drivers (HR/MC/HC) to join our team for a large-scale land development project in Townsville.

This is an excellent opportunity for reliable and skilled operators to secure long-term, consistent work with one of Queensland's leading property development companies.

Current Vacancies

1. 30 Tonne Excavator Operator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate 30T excavators for bulk earthworks, trenching, and detailed site preparation
  • Work alongside site supervisors and trades
  • Conduct daily equipment checks and basic maintenance
  • Ensure all operations meet safety and quality standards

Requirements:

  • Proven experience operating 30-tonne machines
  • Excavator ticket/licence and valid White Card
  • Strong safety awareness and ability to follow direction
  • Team-oriented with excellent communication skills

2. Truck Driver (HR/HC/MC Licence)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive tippers for on-site and off-site haulage
  • Load, transport and unload materials safely and efficiently
  • Assist with general labour or site tasks when required

Requirements:

  • Current HR, MC or HC truck licence
  • Experience in civil construction or land development preferred
  • White Card and commitment to safe practices
  • Reliable, punctual and hard-working
