Our team works collaboratively to deliver high-quality outcomes and support continuous improvement in fabrication and testing processes.

We are seeking a skilled Fabricator to join our team. In this role, you will support the testing facility with the fabrication of test samples, general fabrication duties, and workshop maintenance. This is a hands-on position requiring strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

About the Role..

Key Responsibilities

  • Fabricate high-quality test apparatus and samples under the guidance of the Omnitest Facility Manager.
  • Carry out fabrication tasks in a proficient and safe manner.
  • Assist with test setup and preparation as directed.
  • Provide support and training to customers when required.
  • Maintain and service equipment to ensure reliable operation.
  • Keep workshop, testing, and fabrication areas clean, safe, and organised.
  • Monitor, maintain, and order stock as required.
  • Prepare openings and structures for the installation of systems.
  • Undertake additional duties as requested by the Facility Manager.
