15858r Factory Labourer

We are urgently seeking experienced factory fabrication labourers for an immediate start to work with a highly reputable aluminum extrusion business based in Loganlea.

**Duties include**:

- Fabrication work
- Using punch hole machine to slot aluminum
- Safe handling, storage and use of caustic acid
- Working with die casting and presses
- Completion of QA checks for caustic acid baths and tanks
- Keeping work area clean and tidy and ensuring adherence to all safe work procedures
- Working with aluminum die casting and presses

- This role will start as temporary labour hire (but permanent opportunities may present in the future).
- Currently we roster both day and night shifts across seven days (availability is needed to work on both day and night shifts to meet business needs).
- Casual hourly rate on day shift is $29.04 and night shift is $33.40 (with overtime paid on top of this)

**To be considered for this work, you will need**:

- Previous labouring experience
- Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- Team player with good work ethic, including reliability and punctual attendance
- Willingness to follow instructions and commitment to working safely
- Appropriate level of physical fitness to undertake a range of manual handling / labouring tasks in this environment (training in safe work procedures will be provided)
- Appropriate work wear including steelcap boots, long pants yellow hi-vis long sleeved shirts
- Availability to commence asap at Loganlea
