About The Role
We're looking for an experienced Analytics Developer – Data Steward to join our Digital team, contributing to both Data & Analytics service delivery and service management. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future of analytics across the organisation.

Responsibilities
As an
Analytics Developer – Data Steward
, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality analytics solutions and managing the ongoing development of our analytics capabilities. You'll work across greenfield projects and help retire legacy technologies, while also embedding best practices and enabling self-service analytics across the business. Your key responsibilities will involve:

  • Collaborating with IT and business stakeholders to understand analytics requirements
  • Designing and documenting scalable analytics solutions
  • Developing reports, dashboards, data models, and measures
  • Partnering with IT project teams to ensure timely and budget-conscious delivery
  • Facilitation of workshops, demos, and user testing sessions
  • Providing hyper-care and warranty support post-deployment
  • Create and deliver training materials to support self-service analytics
  • Providing operational support for analytics platforms and solutions

About You
You will have strong stakeholder management skills with a high attention to detail, you will also have:

  • 5+ years as a Business Intelligence Developer using Power BI and Tableau
  • Strong data modelling capabilities
  • Experience with cloud technologies (Microsoft 365, Google Cloud Platform)
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities
  • Clear and confident written and verbal communication
  • Degree or equivalent in IT, Information Systems, or a related field
