At Jobwire Recruitment, we're looking for dedicated Community Support Workers to support individuals living with spinal cord injuries and neurological conditions in the community. What You'll Do
  • Provide person-centred care: showering, mobility support, meal preparation
  • Assist with specialised care routines (continence, catheter, bowel care)
  • Support with community access — shopping, appointments, social outings
  • Help clients maintain independence through respectful, empowering support
  • Deliver care in line with client plans, ensuring dignity, privacy, and safety
What We're Looking For
  • Certificate III/IV in Individual Support, Disability, Aged Care (or equivalent experience)
  • Hands-on experience with bowel care, catheter care, and manual handling
  • Strong knowledge of safe personal care practices
  • Current First Aid & CPR
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • A warm, compassionate, and reliable approach
  • Driver's licence, car and comprehensive car insurance
