Warehouse Supervisor – High Reach Forklift Required

Location: U4/17 Watsford Road, Campbelltown, NSW 2560

Hours: Mon–Fri, 8am–4pm | Pay: $38/hr + staff discounts

Cosmopolitan Living is a fast-growing Australian furniture retailer. We are seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor with high reach forklift experience to lead our warehouse operations and team.

What You'll Do

  • Supervise daily warehouse operations: receiving, put away, picking, wrapping, loading, and dispatch.
  • Oversee inbound container unloading and stock put away within deadlines.
  • Ensure accurate and timely order picking and dispatch.
  • Maintain inventory control through regular cycle counts.
  • Operate high reach forklifts and pallet jacks when required.
  • Lead, train, and motivate a small warehouse team.
  • Enforce safety standards and maintain a clean, organised warehouse.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven warehouse leadership or supervisory experience.
  • Current forklift licence – MUST be confident operating high reach forklifts.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Safety-first attitude and ability to lead by example.
  • Experience in bulky goods/furniture handling preferred.
