About the Role:

MCU Labour Hire is seeking a skilled and safety-focused High Reach Forklift Operator to join our client's fast-paced warehouse team. You'll be responsible for high-level pallet movements, replenishment, and staging, supporting daily distribution operations.

Duties Include:

  • Operating high reach forklifts confidently and safely
  • Stock replenishment and pallet put-aways
  • Picking and use of RF scanner
  • General warehouse duties as required
  • Adhering to all WHS policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Valid LF Forklift Licence
  • Minimum 2 year recent experience with high reach
  • Minimum 2 year recent experience with counter balance
  • Able to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment
  • Reliable and punctual with a good attitude
  • Must have full work rights in Australia (no visa restrictions)

Desirable:

  • Experience in RF scanning and WMS
  • Flexibility to work across different shifts
  • Capable of working with stock stored 7-8 bays high.
  • Own transport
