About the Role

Join MCU Labour Hire as a High Reach Forklift Operator for our client's busy warehouse in Eastern Creek, NSW. We're looking for a reliable, safety-focused operator confident in handling pallets at height and supporting daily warehouse operations.

Key Duties

  • Operate high reach forklifts safely and efficiently
  • Perform pallet put-aways, replenishment, and picking
  • Use RF scanners and WMS systems
  • Assist with general warehouse tasks
  • Follow WHS procedures and maintain a clean workspace

Requirements

  • Valid LF Forklift Licence
  • Minimum 1 year recent High Reach experience
  • Minimum 1 year Counterbalance experience
  • Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable, punctual, and positive attitude
  • Full Australian work rights (no visa restrictions)

Desirable

  • Experience with RF scanning and WMS
  • Flexibility with shift times if needed
  • Comfortable working with stock stored 7–8 bays high
  • Own reliable transport
