They are now seeking a creative and strategic Bid Design Manager to join their growing team and help drive success through innovative, design-led bid solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with leadership to design winning bid strategies and submissions
  • Design and produce engaging visuals and client-facing imagery
  • Coordinate and deliver compelling client presentations and narratives
  • Manage multiple stakeholders to ensure cohesive, compliant submissions
  • Support team capability through coaching, skills development and knowledge sharing

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 7 years' experience in architecture, design or construction sectors
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office and presentation tools
  • Strong graphic design and visual communication expertise
  • Proven ability to manage projects, meet deadlines and coordinate stakeholders
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving and organisational skills
