We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Bid Design Manager.

This role will involve working closely with our leadership team to develop and manage visually appealing, strategic bids that meet our ambitious targets. You will be responsible for designing and creating client-facing imagery that effectively conveys our value proposition and solution narrative.

You will work closely with the Estimating team and Account Directors to ensure that bid commercial aspects align. To achieve this, you will manage inputs from multiple stakeholders and coordinate plan bid-related client presentations. Additionally, you will support the Bids team through coaching and skills development.

About the Role
  • Develop and manage bids that meet our ambitious targets.
  • Create client-facing imagery that effectively conveys our value proposition and solution narrative.
  • Work closely with the Estimating team and Account Directors to ensure bid commercial aspects align.
  • Manage inputs from multiple stakeholders and coordinate plan bid-related client presentations.
  • Support the Bids team through coaching and skills development.
About You
  • Minimum of 7 years' experience across pursuits, bids and submissions within the Interiors sector of the architecture/construction/engineering industries.
  • Advanced graphic design skills and proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering).
  • Proficient in business software such as Pitch (or similar) and Microsoft suite.
  • Possess the ability to manage multiple bids, meet deadlines, and maintain a high level of organization.
