Outsource2Us is a dynamic and forward-thinking marketing agency dedicated to driving growth and innovation for our diverse range of clients. This is a very busy role, and suited to someone who can look after clients and roll their sleeves up and get the work done.

We are currently working remotely full-time, but we will be returning to an office location within 30min drive of Brisbane CBD at some stage. You will be required to work from the office full-time once we do that.

We're not a big Agency, but we are an experienced, engaged, close-knit team. We're looking for that next awesome person to come and make their mark on our business.

You'll be the driving force behind the success of our client relationships, project delivery for our clients, and managing campaign outcomes. This role requires you to have a good understanding of end-to-end marketing strategy and tactics. You will take charge of managing key client accounts, requiring exceptional communication skills to ensure the seamless execution of our marketing initiatives

Key Responsibilities

Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, maintaining strong, collaborative relationships to drive client satisfaction and retention.

Campaign Ownership: Lead your campaigns ensuring optimal campaign performance, development, and engagement.

Strategic Oversight: Develop, oversee, and refine marketing strategies that align with client goals, ensuring measurable outcomes and ROI.

Project Management: Oversee the successful execution of your client campaigns, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and expectations are met.

General Marketing Activities: You will carry out specific marketing tasks for our clients like Social Media Management, Copywriting, Creative Design, Marketing Strategy, etc…

Performance Tracking: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for our clients, identify areas for improvement, and help guide our performance marketing team to continuously optimise our campaigns.

Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular updates, insights, and reports to internal and external stakeholders.

Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and resolve issues that may affect campaign delivery, team morale, or client satisfaction.
