Position Description

The Sales Representative will focus on selling our products and ranges to customers, serving as a brand ambassador. Responsibilities include identifying the best product options through effective questioning, delivering demos and presentations, and building and maintaining strong customer relationships. Additionally, this role collaborates with the Victorian Business Development Manager to manage designated territories, ensuring consistent brand presence and customer satisfaction.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Manage a designated territory to achieve sales targets and objectives on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to maximise sales potential and ensure high levels of service.
  • Execute regular call cycles to service the existing customer base while identifying new business opportunities.
  • Promote OX Tools' product range and merchandising strategies to increase sales and brand visibility in accounts.
  • Present and promote OX Tools' new products and marketing initiatives to customers to drive in-store growth.
  • Provide in-store training and support to customers' sales teams, ensuring proper knowledge of products and merchandising strategies.
  • Actively pursue new customer acquisition within the territory through cold calls, visits, and networking.
  • Maintain accurate and timely call logs and update customer information in OX Tools AU CRM Systems.
  • Attend trade shows and customer events to represent OX Tools and support customers.
  • Ensure travel and expenses are kept within company guidelines.
  • Participate in sales meetings and contribute feedback on customer needs and market trends.
  • Work closely with the Business Development Manager to ensure alignment of territory goals and strategic priorities.
