We're not your average electrical contractor. We're a small, ambitious, and fast-growing team delivering projects up to $1M across commercial, residential, and solar. With our pipeline expanding, we're looking for an Electrical Estimator who's ready to step up, take ownership, and grow with us.

What you'll be doing:

Preparing accurate and competitive tenders for electrical (and solar) projects up to $1M

Reviewing drawings, specs, and scopes of work with an eye for detail

Building strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to secure sharp pricing

Creating clear, structured handover packs — so the delivery team is set up for success from day one

Working directly with management, contributing ideas that shape the way we do things as we grow

What we're looking for:

Proven experience as an electrical estimator (commercial/residential). Solar experience = big plus

Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, standards, and practices

Detail-driven with excellent accuracy in costings

A confident communicator and negotiator

Independent, proactive, and motivated to grow alongside the business
