We're seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our dynamic team and elevate our café to even greater heights.

What We're Looking For:

Passion for Coffee: A deep love for coffee, from the bean to the brew.

Experience: Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar customer-facing role is a plus, but we're willing to train the right candidate with a positive attitude

Customer-Focused: Excellent communication skills and a genuine love for making customers feel welcome and valued.

Team Player: Collaborative, friendly, and able to work seamlessly with others in a fast-paced environment.

Attention to Detail: Ability to craft consistent, high-quality drinks and maintain a clean, organised workspace.

Creativity: Willingness to learn and experiment with new techniques and ideas, from latte art to seasonal beverages.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve espresso-based drinks, brewed coffee, and tea with precision and care.

Maintain the cleanliness of the café and equipment to ensure a hygienic environment.

Engage with customers, providing friendly service and expert recommendations.

Operate the cash register and manage customer orders efficiently.

Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies.

Stay up to date with industry trends and continuously improve skills.
