Lab Kitchen, formerly known as Mango and Bean, is a small Campos take-away cafe located in Carnes Hill Marketplace. We are currently seeking an experienced Barista to join our team. This can either be through work experience in the role of a Barista, or through Barista course qualifications through institutions or through Campos.

**Responsibilities Include**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, including espresso, cappuccinos, lattes, mochas, etc, consistently maintaining high quality and presentation standards.
- Operate coffee brewing equipment, grinders, and other machinery efficiently and safely.
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner when taking their orders. This will not always be the case in the role of a Barista.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation during busy periods and contribute to a positive work environment.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience as a Barista in a fast-paced coffee shop or similar setting.
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, equipment operation, and latte art.
- Familiarity with Campos coffee or possession of Campos qualifications is highly desirable.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage and interact with a diverse customer base.

We're also currently looking for someone who has a **flexible weekday** schedule. For example, university students or other individuals who are able to work during weekdays are most suited for this position.
