We are currently seeking Experienced Beef Boners / Slicers to join our team at our processing facility in Osborne Park. This is an immediate start position, offering an attractive salary.

RESPONSIBILITY

  • Perform beef boning /slicing operations according to company standards and guidelines.
  • Utilise knives and other cutting tools to efficiently separate beef carcasses into various cuts.
  • Ensure precision and accuracy in meat portioning to meet customer specifications.
  • Adhere to quality control measures, inspecting beef products for any defects or abnormalities.
  • Collaborate with the team to meet production targets and maintain a smooth workflow.
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, following strict hygiene and safety protocols.

ABOUT YOU

  • Previous experience as a beef boner /slicer or in a similar meat processing role is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of beef cuts and portioning techniques.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy carcasses as required.
  • Physically fit with ability to complete repetitive motion tasks with hands and wrists.
  • Ability and willingness to work in a cold environment.
  • Ability to undergo a pre-employment medical.
  • Australian work right

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

  • 6.00 am start.
  • Monday to Friday
  • Guaranteed minimum daily payment plus attractive Tally Rate
