Butcher /boner / Slicer

Borgo' is seeking an experienced Butcher/Boner/Slicer to join our team in our Holland Park, Queensland location.

Borgo Salumi is a manufacturer of premium Italian style smallgoods.

As a Butcher/Boner/Slicer, you will play a vital role in the daily operations, ensuring top-quality products are prepared.

**What you'll be doing**
- Breaking down, trimming, and preparing meat to our standards
- We have in-house training to help assist in the implementation of our specifications.
- Assisting with the preparation of specialty meat products
- Maintaining a clean, organised and hygienic work environment
- Collaborating with the team to ensure smooth daily operations

**What we're looking for**
- Excellent knife skills and a strong understanding of meat cutting techniques
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets
- This position is for someone who takes pride in what they do and is wanting to be part of a team that helps create a quality product.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
