ROLE

The position is suitable for an individual with a technical background to support service and sales utilising their knowledge to bring new insights.

The successful candidate will provide after-sales and field service supporting equipment. The role includes 20 to 30 % field work, and 30% bench work and the rest of the time on sales support

The role will suit a self-driven individual with a strong command of the English language lot of common sense and initiative. There is considerable opportunity for growth within the job.

Requirements & Knowledge:

  • Electronics troubleshooting
  • Perform Preventative Maintenance and service in accordance with service manuals
  • Solder and repair to component level (electronic)
  • Perform mechanical and electrical work
  • Follow company policies and procedures.
  • Preparations of quotations, tenders and service reports
  • Experience in equipment service and repair.
  • Fundamentals of safety and maintaining safe work environments
  • Intermediate computer proficiency (MS Suite) General/Sales Communication with clientele

Required Education and Experience

  • Diploma/Degree in one of the following technical field - Mechanical/Electrical /Electronic Software, Chemistry or Physics

PLEASE NOTE: Training is provided & electrical knowledge is required

Pay: $65,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
