What You'll Do:

  • Install and operate cutting-edge electronic equipment ranging from audio, vision, lighting, staging, and IT
  • Ensure all electronic equipment is safe and sound, providing maintenance & repairs as required
  • Work as part of a team within our venue partner program liaising with our venue partners & end clients, taking ownership of the event execution
  • Generate technical schematics & floorplans for each event
  • Provide outstanding customer service and uphold Microhire's values of integrity, respect, and professionalism

What You'll Bring:

  • Solid technical knowledge in installation of electronic equipment & its maintenance
  • Experience working directly with clients and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Hands-on experience across live events, staging, or conferencing advantageous
  • Driver's licence
  • Rigging or EWP certifications highly regarded
  • Must be Sydney-based and flexible with working hours (including evenings/weekends)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $76,500.00 – $80,000.00 per year
