About us:What you'll do:Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Conduct regular facility inspections to identify maintenance and upgrade needs
  • Manage and document all preventative maintenance activities
  • Ensure proper functioning of security, CCTV, and fire safety systems
  • Review and adjust maintenance plans with the National Facilities Manager
  • Provide on-call support and manage after-hours emergencies
  • Coordinate with internal teams and contractors to deliver cost-effective maintenance aligned with business goals
  • MHE maintenance and lifecycle support oversight
  • Key contact with business park landlord and contractors
  • Capex/Opex and invoicing
  • Facilitate internal and external audits for compliance systems in relation to safety and CSO obligations
What you'll bring:
  • Proven experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, and Manufacturing industry
  • Experience in Facilities / Maintenance Management in automated industrial sites (preferred)
  • HVAC, BMS and cool room PM servicing monitoring (experience in these will be advantageous)
  • Involvement in Business Unit Review, CSO compliance, and external audits.
  • Tracking and management of budgets and cost goals
  • Proven ability to streamline maintenance and resolve infrastructure issues with full consideration of economic efficiency.
  • Basic knowledge of warehousing processes
  • Strong Excel, attention to detail, and time management skills
  • Customer-focused with the ability to engage effectively at all levels.
  • Builds strong working relationships to support goal achievement.
  • Self-driven with keen attention to detail and excellent time management.
