The role:

Do you thrive on spotting issues others might miss and ensuring digital solutions are flawless? We're looking for a skilled Tester to be the guardian of quality across our projects. You'll play a key role in designing and executing test cases, identifying defects, and supporting clients through user acceptance testing (UAT) - helping deliver solutions that truly exceed expectations.

What You'll Do:


• Develop Test Cases: Design detailed automated and manual test cases that ensure comprehensive coverage.


• Execute Tests: Conduct rigorous testing to uncover defects and validate solution quality.


• Engage with Clients: Support clients during UAT, answer queries, and ensure a smooth testing experience.


• Identify and Document Defects: Work closely with development teams to drive timely resolutions.


• Collaborate Across Teams: Integrate testing into the development lifecycle and contribute to process improvements.


• Drive Continuous Improvement: Suggest enhancements to testing practices and methodologies.

What We're Looking For:


• 3+ years experience in automated and manual testing with strong knowledge of testing methodologies.


• Strong client engagement skills and experience supporting clients during UAT.


• Detail-oriented and methodical, with a knack for spotting issues before they escalate.


• Excellent communication skills to work effectively with teams and stakeholders.


• Problem-solving ability to troubleshoot, identify root causes, and propose solutions.


• ISTQB Foundation Level or equivalent (preferred).
