Our coaching curriculum is the backbone of how we deliver results: webinars, Bootcamps, short-form videos, and vibrant member communities. We're looking for someone to architect that learning journey with precision and passion.

Profitable Tradie is looking for a Program Designer to lead the planning, production, and quality control of all coaching content and learning experiences. You'll work closely with Coaching, L&D, Design, and Video to build programs that get clients into action fast.

You'll structure our calendar, plan and optimise webinars, design live event / member experience content , and ensure everything is aligned, clear, and ready ahead of time. You'll also help shape our member learning platform and drive engagement in Facebook groups and community touchpoints.

You'll:

• Own the coaching content calendar, staying 4 months ahead of delivery
• Plan and optimise webinar content, slides, and workbooks using our internal templates
• Coordinate with speakers, guests, and team members to ensure smooth webinar and live event execution
• Design learning experiences across webinars, live events, Facebook groups, and our learning platform
• Audit the client journey from onboarding through to core curriculum, recommending improvements
• Produce short-form learning content from webinars and live events
• Create engaging discussion prompts and curriculum-based content for our online communities
• Collaborate with Graphic Design, Video, and Coaching to make sure every piece of content is on-brand and on point

You're a behind-the-scenes operator who thrives on structure, quality, and making things better every time. You take pride in keeping everything ahead of schedule and running smoothly. You're comfortable switching between documents, calendars, and content plans, and you're always looking for ways to improve the learning experience.

You bring:

• Experience in program design, L&D, content production, or similar roles
• Strong project management and calendar planning skills
• Confidence working with stakeholders to turn ideas into structured curriculum
• An eye for instructional clarity and audience engagement
• Familiarity with coaching, training, or B2B education delivery (ideal)
• Comfort using tools like Zoom, ClickUp, Google Suite, and learning platforms
• High attention to detail and ownership mindset
