GANT has arrived at Fashion Spree Liverpool with exceptional momentum and customer demand. We are now building a leadership team to take this high-performing outlet into its next chapter of growth.

You'll enjoy both autonomy and support, working closely with a Cluster Manager and State Operations Manager, giving you the freedom to lead with impact while backed by experienced leadership.


What You'll Do

As Store Manager, you will:

  • Lead with hands-on management and polished execution
  • Deliver premium customer service that builds loyalty and elevates the GANT brand
  • Coach, develop and empower your Assistant Manager and casual team
  • Maintain exceptional merchandising standards and stock integrity
  • Manage rosters, reporting, visual merchandising and promotions
  • Report directly to a Cluster Manager, with guidance from a State Operations Manager

As Assistant Manager, you will:

  • Partner with your Manager to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Lead by example on the floor with warm, professional service
  • Step up confidently in the Manager's absence to maintain consistency
  • Support with merchandising, reporting, rostering and staff coaching
  • Assist in onboarding and training the team to meet GANT standards
  • Benefit from mentorship and leadership development through multi-tier support

  • Experience in fashion, premium or lifestyle retail
  • Confident leadership with strong customer engagement skills
  • Pride in presentation, detail and proactive problem-solving
  • Strong operational capability (stock, admin, rosters, reporting)
  • A team-first attitude with positivity, accountability and reliability
