Alphabond Dental is a leading supplier of cutting-edge dental equipment, dental alloys and consumables to surgeries and laboratories within Australia and New Zealand markets operating for over 35 years. Our dynamic and innovative team work with dentists and laboratories to ensure the supplies needed are provided quickly with all products in stock despatched the same day wherever possible.

We are currently seeking someone who is passionate about providing quality customer service and being an integral part of our business. As the first point of contact you will provide friendly and professional telephone support for customer orders and product enquiries.

The heart of the role:

  • Answering phone enquiries, taking telephone orders and process email/web orders
  • End to end order management including processing of invoices/credits and delivery tracking
  • Investigate and resolve customer issues in a timely manner
  • Give product knowledge and offer alternatives or upsell where suitable
  • Build customer relationships and liaise with remote sales team members
  • System/Web back-end management and general office support

About you:

  • Prior Customer Service experience preferably in a product order processing role
  • Ability to prioritise, manage a busy schedule and meet strict deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Computer proficiency and experience in MS Office applications (ERP software an advantage)
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment
  • Willingness to learn and participate in ongoing product knowledge training

This is a full-time onsite role based in Roseville on the Lower North Shore working within our small friendly team. Note that we are not on a direct public transport route so this would suit someone who lives locally or has their own transport. Experience in the dentistry industry desirable but not essential as full training will be provided
