**About The Role**

As a Customer Service Representative at Bryant Dental, you’ll provide assistance to our customers and administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. From scheduling client meetings to communicating between departments, you will be responsible for completing multi-level tasks in a professional and timely manner.

This role is a full-time role and will primarily be based in-person at our Chatswood/Roseville office.

**About You**

You have proven experience in customer-facing roles with a good working knowledge of customer service software, databases and tools and are a champion for customer experience and continuous improvement.

As a confident multi-tasker with advanced communication and trouble-shooting skills, a calm and professional approach and a can-do attitude, you will be a wonderful addition to our young, energetic team who wants to bring out the best in you to create the best experiences for our customers.

**Responsibilities Include**:

- Order office supplies as needed and use the inventory control system.
- Embodying a customer-focused, thoughtful environment to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Knowing the Company’s products inside and out.
- Handle inbound and outbound mail including international shipments.
- Provide office guests with a hospitable experience.
- Assist in handling office requests for dial-ins, conference rooms, travel requests, etc.
- Someone who can live and breathe our brand by being a proud member of the BD team.
- Ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Energetic, high EQ professional.
- Proactive, outgoing and results-focused.
- Thrives in a customer relationship-based environment.
- Proven experience in similar role providing an excellent customer experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM software and ticketing systems (Intercom, Zoho suite etc) is preferred.
- Effective planning and organisation skills.
- Located in or around Sydney.
- Desirable to have dental background (Dentists, OHT/Hygiene, DA), but not necessary as we can provide training.

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year
