We are a well-established Australian company with a rich history dating back to 1889. As the leaders in the Pneumatic Tube Systems industry, we are seeking dedicated Installation/Service Technicians to join our team. Your role will involve providing outstanding service, maintenance, and installation support to prestigious client in the Hospital and Retail industries.
As a technician, you will:
- Conduct preventative maintenance services and respond to emergency call-outs,
- Install PVC tubes (75mm-160mm) at hospitals, supermarkets, and construction sites,
- Solve problems and troubleshoot on-site and remotely through telephone support,
- Collaborate with internal teams and communicate effectively with customers and their representatives,
- Participate in an After Hours On-Call Roster and occasionally handle emergency break-fix call-outs,
- Receive training and support from our technical experts.
Requirements:
- Electrical and mechanical trade background preferred
- Ability to work on Construction sites, Hospitals and other client locations,
- Experience with PVC tube installation desirable,
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills,
- Strong collaboration and communication abilities,
- Flexibility for on-call, occasional emergency duties, and Remote Travel,
- Valid driver's license.
