Refrigeration Technician Opportunity

This is a role for an experienced Refrigeration Technician looking to take the next step in their career and work with cutting-edge technology.

We are seeking a skilled technician who can install, service and repair refrigeration and air conditioning systems on modern buses and coaches.

The ideal candidate will have excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.

In addition to technical skills, we require strong communication skills and the ability to liaise with customers.

We offer a competitive hourly rate based on experience, flexible work hours and a supportive team environment.

You will have the opportunity to work on a range of projects including installing and servicing refrigeration systems, performing electrical diagnostics and repairs, and carrying out preventative maintenance and fault-finding.

We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, reliable and has a strong commitment to delivering high-quality work.

About the Role

  • Install, service and repair refrigeration and air conditioning systems on modern buses and coaches
  • Perform electrical diagnostics and repairs (auto-electrical & HVAC-related)
  • Troubleshoot and resolve both mechanical and electrical HVAC issues
  • Carry out preventative maintenance and fault-finding
  • Ensure all work meets industry standards, safety requirements and company procedures
  • Prepare accurate service reports, job cards and documentation
  • Provide professional customer service and build strong client relationships
  • Assist in continuous improvement of workshop and field service processes

  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
  • Good communication skills and the ability to liaise with customers
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Valid Australian driver's licence
