Liquid & Larder, the group behind Bistecca, The Gidley, The Rover, Alfie's, Bar Julius and Lottie is looking for an experienced and reliable Chef de Partie / Driver to join the team at Alfie's.

About the Role:

This is a dual-role position combining butchery and prep with delivery driving across our venues. You'll work closely with our kitchen and butchery team, ensuring high-quality product is prepared and delivered efficiently and safely.

  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:30am–4:00pm
  • Occasional Saturdays may be required to cover team leave
  • Perks: No afternoon or evening shifts, ideal for those who thrive in the morning. Tips included.

Key Requirements:

  • Full NSW Driver's Licence
  • Physically fit – role involves lifting, squatting, and handling heavy items
  • Confident using heavy-duty equipment (especially a bandsaw)
  • Comfortable driving a large vehicle and navigating multiple delivery sites
  • Training provided, but prior experience and confidence are preferred
