Snowflake Technical Lead & Engagement Manager

At LTI Mindtree, we partner with leading enterprises to design, modernize, and optimize data platforms that unlock business value through Snowflake. We are seeking a Snowflake Technical Lead & Engagement Manager — a hands-on delivery leader and trusted client advisor — who can guide complex Snowflake implementations while managing key customer relationships across the ANZ region.

Positional Overview:

This hybrid role combines Snowflake subject matter expertise, project leadership, and client engagement. You'll drive end-to-end Snowflake programs — from architecture and migration to optimization and stakeholder management — ensuring that business goals are met with scalable, secure, and high-performance data solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership

• Lead design and implementation of Snowflake solutions, including migrations, data pipelines, and integrations with BI and analytics platforms.
• Define architecture best practices across security, performance tuning, data sharing, and cost optimization.
• Collaborate with cloud teams (Azure, AWS, GCP) to design end-to-end data ecosystems.
• Provide hands-on technical direction, code reviews, and mentoring for Snowflake developers and engineers.

Client Engagement & Project Delivery:

• Act as the primary customer contact across multiple Snowflake projects, ensuring quality delivery, timely execution, and client satisfaction.
• Translate business objectives into actionable Snowflake-based data strategies.
• Conduct roadmap sessions, status reviews, and steering committee updates with senior stakeholders (CIOs, CTOs, Heads of Data).
• Manage project budgets, risks, and governance to ensure successful delivery outcomes.

Pre-Sales & Account Growth:

• Partner with solution architects and sales teams to craft proposals, estimates, and architecture designs.
• Lead Snowflake demos, proof-of-concepts, and RFP responses highlighting advanced Snowflake features (Snowpark, Dynamic Tables, Data Marketplace).
• Identify new opportunities within existing accounts and drive follow-on engagements.

Required Experience:

• 8+ years in data engineering, analytics, or cloud architecture, with 3+ years implementing Snowflake solutions.
• Proven track record in project management and client delivery for data modernization or cloud transformation programs.
• Deep knowledge of Snowflake architecture, data modeling, performance optimization, and integration with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
• Experience across multi-cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and modern DevOps / CI-CD practices.
• Strong stakeholder management, presentation, and commercial skills.
