REVIVE is a well-respected, family owned and operated Physiotherapy & Exercise Physiology practice. We have multiple clinics and a team of passionate Allied Health professionals who are dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care.
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Bookkeeper/Administrator to help manage the bookkeeping and some administrative operations in our office in Nerang. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to work independently.
Hours
- Immediate start
- Monday-Friday
- Approx 25-28 hours
- Days/times flexible
- Choice of permanent part time ($30.64) or casual ($38.30) hourly rates
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for staff using MYOB
- Processing payments, including private health, DVA, and WorkCover claims
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable
- Handle NDIS invoicing
- Maintain accurate employee records
- Support the administrative needs of the management team
- Liaise with internal staff and external providers in a warm, professional manner
Skills and Experience
- Demonstrated bookkeeping experience, ideally in a healthcare setting
- Proficiency with MYOB and Microsoft Office (essential)
- Experience with NDIS billing/administration (highly advantageous)
- Experience with PracSuite practice management software (not essential but highly advantageous)
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Warm and personable approach with a strong work ethic
- Be honest, trustworthy and reliable
