Account Manager

You will be responsible for three areas:
1. Deal Management - cross-sell & up-sell
Manage a patch of current customers - supported by our Technical Account Managers who promote adoptionRun the full sales cycle meetings, demos, closing etc. - collaborating cross functionally (Product etc.) where requiredYou will be supported by the Lead Gen function (this will make up ~70% of your pipeline)Run an accurate Sales Forecast (from our CRM, Hubspot)2. Support GTM Improvements
Support the continuous iteration and improvement of our GTM Playbook and Sales processesCollaborate with the rest of the GTM Team to foster a great team environmentStay on top of industry themes and trends to keep messaging relevant3. Supplement Lead Generation in your Patch
Build and maintain a strong pipeline by working with existing accounts, and doing some outbound sales activities (via events, emails, phone calls etc.), accurately forecasting pipeline commitments per quarterThis will support 30% of your pipeline (remaining 70% comes from our Lead Gen team)What's it like to work here
